Return & Exchange Policy
Twisted Sportswear stands behind the quality of every item we sell and hope that you are excited to own your gear. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, returns are accepted within a 10 days of delivery. Custom Orders are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or alterations.
Custom Orders can not be returned for any reason unless there is a manufacturer defect. All Spirit Wear and Business-to-Business items are considered Custom. Any items with custom printing and/or embroidery is considered custom. By submitting your order, Twisted Sportswear considers this your approval to proceed with the spelling of names, numbers, years, etc entered for customization.
If your item is in not customized by us and is new condition (not worn, washed, or altered), you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact Twisted Sportswear immediately after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 10 days of receipt of order, by phone (717-506-0600) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org).

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

Spirit Wear Purchases - Back Orders
Spirit Wear products are considered custom orders and are produced after payment is received and the store is closed. Depending on inventory levels at the time of purchasing, all orders may be subject to back-order from the manufacturer. Twisted Sportswear will do our best to contact the customer in the event a manufacturer back-order does occur.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Twisted Sportswear shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Twisted Sportswear shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Twisted Sportswear shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Twisted Sportswear signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
